Dr. Dobay received his medical degree from Michigan State University: College of Human Medicine. He then completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency and internship at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium: Brooke Army Medical Center/Wilford Hall Medical Center. Dr. Dobay has over nine years of experience and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
