Centennial Medical Center Offers Free Heart Health Seminars in Recognition of American Heart Month

In honor of American Heart Month, Centennial Medical Center will offer three heart health seminars beginning this week to increase awareness of common risk factors for coronary heart disease and stroke that can often be treated or controlled. Modifying your risk factors and pursuing a heart healthy lifestyle can add years to your life and even help you avoid more invasive procedures later down the road.
