Neurologist Maria Dongas, M.D., Joins TriStar Centennial

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 8, 2013) – TriStar Centennial Medical Center is proud to announce Maria Dongas, M.D., a board-certified neurologist, has joined its medical staff.  Dongas will primarily provide outpatient neurology services.

Dongas received her medical degree from St. Louis University, College of Medicine, in Baguio City, Philippines. She completed a residency in neurology at University Hospital in Newark, N.J., and completed a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology and sleep medicine at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C. 

Dongas most recently served with Dickson Medical Associates in Dickson, Tenn. She is also board-certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and will work with The Sleep Disorders Center at TriStar Centennial Medical Center to provide care to patients with sleep disorders.
