Outpatient Services are located in TriStar Medical Park Spring Hill
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 9, 2013) – TriStar Centennial Medical Center has expanded services in Spring Hill, Tenn., to include outpatient medical imaging and laboratory services.
The outpatient services are being performed in TriStar Medical Park, the medical office building adjoined to the new TriStar ER Spring Hill at 3001 Reserve Boulevard in Spring Hill, Tenn.
“We are proud to announce that we are now offering outpatient imaging and laboratory services to the Spring Hill and surrounding communities in a convenient location with little to no wait time,” said Joseph Mazzo, vice president of clinical operations for TriStar Centennial Medical Center. “Our experienced team of imaging and laboratory staff provides professional diagnostic testing with industry leading technology in a comfortable environment specifically designed to offer a stress-free experience while getting you in and out and back of the office and back to your day as quickly as possible.”
Outpatient imaging and laboratory services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary. A physician order is required.
Imaging services include computed tomography (CT), digital mammography, ultrasound, and digital X-ray. All imaging staff members are registered technologists with multi-discipline backgrounds and advanced, modality-specific credentials. Results are sent directly to the patient’s ordering physician. Additionally, as part of the TriStar network, results from any imaging service completed in the Spring Hill facility can be accessed by the patient’s physician and compared with studies performed at any TriStar Health facility through our digital records system, reducing paperwork for physicians and easing the referral process for patients that may need an additional level of care.
Laboratory phlebotomy services are provided for the collection of blood draws and urine specimens with a physician’s order. Test results are provided to the patient’s ordering physician.
The TriStar ER Spring Hill facility, a department of TriStar Centennial Medical Center, opened to the community in February 2013. TriStar Medical Group practice Spring Hill Physicians also moved to a new location in TriStar Medical Park, Suite 200, in March 2013. Additional medical specialists are coming to TriStar Medical Park later this year.
