NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 30, 2014) – TriStar Centennial is pleased to announce that Kaysha M. Hervey, has been appointed Medical Staff Director for TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
Hervey joins the TriStar Centennial team from OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL., where she was the Director, Credentialing. She brings more than a decade of experience in medical staff operations. In her new role, Hervey will direct all activities of the medical staff office including performance improvement, physician credentialing, peer review, and regulatory compliance.
Hervey earned her Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a concentration in healthcare delivery from Roanoke College in Salem, VA. She also completed her Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the National Association of Medical Staff Services.
