Annual ceremony celebrates employees with milestone service anniversaries
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (October 2, 2012) – TriStar Centennial Medical Center recognized 355 employees for their milestone service anniversaries as part of the hospital team in a celebration held in Nashville, Tenn., on Sept. 25, 2012.
The annual Service Awards Banquet celebrates employees who have served on the TriStar Centennial team for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years.
“I am honored to be with you tonight as we celebrate your service and contributions to the hospital and HCA,” Thomas Herron, CEO of TriStar Centennial, told the guests. “I want you to know that TriStar Centennial Medical Center would not be the hospital of choice it is today without your efforts and your commitment to exceptional patient care. Tonight is about honoring you.”
There were 355 service award recipients who have served on the TriStar Centennial team for at least five years. Of those, eight employees celebrated 40 years of service. All together, the group of employees honored has dedicated an amazing 4,175 years of service to the hospital and the company.
“To have that many employees with us for such a long time is a testament to their service to healthcare and to the quality of care provided at TriStar Centennial Medical Center,” said Herron.
TriStar Centennial has hosted the annual banquet for more than 10 years. The hospital employs about 2,500 people.
