Parking Information

Valet Parking

Complimentary Valet Parking is available at the main entrance to TriStar Centennial Heart & Vascular Center. From 23rd Avenue North, turn into the parking entrance marked with a "P". This entrance is located on 23rd Avenue North, just north of Patterson Street. Make an immediate left towards the glass canopy and the valet parking station

Enter through the glass doors behind the valet station and take the elevators to the Third Floor. These elevators will open up into the reception area for the Heart & Vascular Center.

Garage Parking

Complimentary garage Parking is also available at this location. From 23rd Avenue North, turn into the parking entrance marked with a "P". This entrance is located on 23rd Avenue North, just north of Patterson Street. When you turn into the garage, continue straight to hospital parking.

Park in the designated hospital area and take the Visitor elevators to the Third Floor. Walk though the open glass doors and turn left. Take the first hallway to the left, and Heart & Vascular Center Reception will be located on your right.

From TriStar Ashland City
Take Hwy 12/Ashland City Hwy east toward Nashville. Turn right on Briley Parkway East/TN 155 and continue to White Bridge Road. Turn left on Charlotte Pike. Turn right on 23rd Avenue North. TriStar Centennial is located 3 blocks north on the left.
From TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital
From the hospital, turn right onto US Hwy 231/Scottsville Road. Travel approximately 2 miles to the Greenwood Interchange Exit 22. Travel south on I-65. Merge onto I-65 South/I-40 East. Take Exit 209 Charlotte Avenue. Turn right onto Charlotte Avenue. Turn left onto 23rd Avenue North. TriStar Centennial is 1 block south on the right.
From TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center
Turn left onto New Shackle Island Road. Turn left to merge onto Vietnam Veterans Parkway toward Nashville. Take Vietnam Veterans Parkway to I-65 South. Merge onto I-65 South/I-40 East. Take Exit 209 Charlotte Avenue. Turn west on Charlotte Avenue, then turn left on 23rd Avenue North. TriStar Centennial is located 1 block south on the right.
From TriStar Horizon Medical Center
From Hwy 46 South, merge onto I-40 East toward Nashville. Take Exit 204B for Tennessee 155 S/Robertson Avenue toward White Bridge Road. Turn right onto White Bridge Road. Turn left onto Charlotte Pike. Continue onto Charlotte Pike and turn right on 23rd Avenue North. TriStar Centennial is located 1 block south on the right.
From TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center
Turn north on Nolensville Road, then take an immefiate left on Harding Place. Turn right onto the entrance ramp for I-65 North, then follow signs to I-40 West. From I-40 West, take Exit 209 Charlotte Avenue, then left on 23rd Avenue North. TriStar Centennial is 1 block south on the right.
From TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center
From StoneCrest Boulevard, turn left on Sam Ridley Parkway. Merge onto I-24 West toward Nashville. From I-24 West, take I-40 West and exit at Exit 209 Charlotte Avenue. Turn left on Charlotte Avenue, then turn left on 23rd Avenue North. TriStar Centennial is located 1 block south on the right.
From TriStar Summit Medical Center
Take I-40 West towards Nashville. Continue on I-40 West to Exit 209 Charlotte Avenue. Turn left on Charlotte Avenue. Turn left on 23rd Avenue North. TriStar Centennial is 1 block south on the right.
