Brian Jefferson, MD, FACC
Dr. Jefferson was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating from the University of Missouri, he received his medical education from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. There he elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He was honored as the senior medical student recipient of the Rudolph Kampmeir Prize for excellence in clinical medicine. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine on the Osler medical service at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was elected as the prestigious Assistant Chief of service on the Longcope Firm. Dr. Jefferson completed advanced fellowship training in clinical cardiology and coronary and peripheral intervention at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
