Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation
Available by appointment on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Outpatient cardiac rehabilitation begins after a patient leaves the hospital. Each session combines exercise and education in a fun and supportive environment.
Sessions are typically one-hour long, three times per week for up to 12 weeks. They are held in the Heart Wellness Gym at TriStar Centennial.
