The Rehabilitation Center at TriStar Centennial provides inpatient and outpatient services designed to help patients achieve reach their maximum potential. The center is staffed by licensed professionals experienced in their disciplines. They are sensitive to the concerns experienced by people when their mobility or independence is threatened, and they work as a team with you and your physician.

Referrals & Appointments
A physician's prescription is required for rehabilitation services. If you believe you may benefit from physical or occupational therapy, talk to your doctor. After a medical evaluation, your physician may determine that therapy is appropriate for your condition.
